Design Consultation Deposit
Bespoke Custom Orders Policy
1. The Design Deposit
To begin the collaborative design journey, a mandatory $150 design deposit is required. This fee covers the time spent sourcing materials, sketching, and finalizing the layout, and it is fully credited toward the final total price of your piece.
2. Payment Structure
Once the final design and quote are confirmed, a 50% deposit of the total quoted price is required before the hand-crafting process begins at the bench. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full prior to the collection or shipment of the finished jewelry.
3. Production Timeline
Because every bespoke piece is crafted entirely by hand from scratch, custom commissions typically require a production timeline of 3 to 6 weeks from the date the 50% deposit is received.
4. Changes & Revisions
The design is locked in once production begins. Any major design modifications requested after the initial 50% deposit has been paid and work has commenced may incur additional material and labor costs.
5. Returns & Refunds
Given the deeply personalized and custom nature of bespoke work, all custom orders are strictly non-refundable and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
